I highly recommend ATI Restoration! Both Ryan Ross (Executive Project Director) and Jeremy Riehn (Project Manager) have been so incredibly wonderful to work with. They have gone above and beyond to make this unfortunate experience of Water Damage- Related Clean up & Repair go as seamless as possible. I enjoyed working with them so much that I enlisted them for a flooring project, and general clean and sanitization. Do not think twice about who to use! Make ATI your number one pick and you will not be disappointed! Five Stars!
We had damage after a pipe burst in our home and ATI came to the rescue. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company and got the job done. Ryan and Jeremy were always responsive, communicated well, and kept working until the job was done to everyone’s standards. Our new floors look amazing and all the work was completed with professionalism and patience!
Reuben’s team also did a phenomenal job with removing and replacing all of our furniture to accommodate our home repairs. Everything was returned safely and just where we had it originally. We had water damage to our kitchen floor as the result of a leaking dishwasher. Our project manager Noah Johnson was very easy and pleasant to work with. He kept us informed by email/text when each stage of the restoration was to happen. Our insurance company USAA approved this company and we’re happy they did. I would use them again should I need their services.
