Not a lot of places nearby these days will attempt, let alone fully repair hardware. Safety Computer Solutions took a crack at my old 3060TI and completely got it up and running again.
My PCI cable had somehow melted into the header of the GPU and was crashing my games consistently. I called everywhere and was put on long hold lines only to be told they don't do that kind of repair. Finally I get down my list to Safety Computer Solutions and Jason answered right away and said he would take a look.
1 week later he's got the plastic removed and the repair was MUCH MUCH more affordable than replacing the whole GPU. It's been almost a month since the repair...read full review
Excellent Service and Fast Repairs!
I had such a great experience with Saftey computer and Jasons customer service was STELLAR! I brought my laptop in after it suddenly stopped working, and Jason diagnosed the issue right away. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way I could understand.
Not only did they fix my laptop quickly, but the price was fair and much more reasonable than I expected. Especially because I was thining of getting a new laptop. Safety Computer Solutions is a life saver! My work laptop had a cracked screen and it was a touch-screen. So it was like it had a life of its own. The crack in the screen was causing windows to open and close rapidly. I couldn't do anything with it. I remembered the computer repair shop that I pass every day with the ambulance parked in front. I ran over there and explained the issue to Jason. In a few hours I was back up and running. I would enthusiastically recommend Safety Computer Solutions to anyone with a computer/laptop issue.
