I was under a time crunch to either get my laptop fixed or go buy another one. It was last minute. I called Eric to see if he could help me out. He got my laptop working and I was able to get my presentation done for my interview the next morning. Thank you for your great service!

I called Eric to ask about connecting a monitor to my laptop. Already, over the phone, he suspected the cable that google recommended and proved he was right when he connected it to a different cable. He also ordered more memory for my old laptop to speed it up and removed some junk files from it. Eric is very knowledgeable and professional.

? 10/10 RECOMMEND THIS COMPUTER SHOP!! ?Come with me on a journey with me with my Lenovo Yoga laptop that was bought right at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020... and it was working so great until one day in December. When I plugged it in, it completely shut off and would not turn on again. No lights came on with different Chargers, nothing was working. I took it back to Best Buy because thats where i bought it from. I honestly was so distraught as this is my work computer. They told me to order a Lenovo charger off of the manufacturer website so I left and ordered one. A few days go by, I get the new charger, I plug it in anddd nothing. 2nd trip back to Best Buy......read full review
