“Last fall I purchased a Lenovo ThinkPad E16. This week, I experienced an issue with network connectivity. My first step was to reach out to Lenovo Premier Support. With a network issue, that was limited assistance that they could provide remotely. Next step... send the ThinkPad to them. Looking for an option closer to my location, they directed me to Commquest so that I could take the device locally and receive support from an authorized Lenovo service provider. From the initial phone call to successfully fixing my issue, I could not be more pleased. I called on an afternoon, the next morning their technical specialist (Giles) was starting to identify the source of the problem and put together a thoughtful and thorough approach to resolve the problem that would also include protecting my files and data. At every step of the process they were customer focused and intent on providing excellent support and service. “Highly disappointed! I literally feel robbed. My laptop kept getting blue error screen which was my reason for taking to HL Computer Inc. I left it there to be determine the cause and fix whatever the problem was. I returned the same day and was informed although it runs slow, nothing was found. Malware was installed and any potential threats were removed. All for $149.00!! I didn't used my laptop right away but 2 days later, the same blue screen reappeared?? I phoned the store and was told to bring it back in. There are 2 service men there (Peter and Patrick). Peter is who I delt with initially. However, Patrick is who I left the computer with a third time! He suggested leaving it there a couple hours to allow a complete scan. The very next day I received a call from Peter stating that a hard drive is needed and he'd only charge me $100?? Two hundred and fifty dollars?? I can go on ebay and purchase another used laptop instead of paying for service I am unsatisfied with. This company may have done exceptional work once upon a time but that is far from what I received. I basically gave away money I couldn't even afford!! A total RIP OFF!!!“
