“Roofing decisions require knowledge that the average homeowner needs in order to gain confidence and trust. I talked to at least a half dozen contractors before I met Walker Mayo from Roof Depot. He provided the most accurate and comprehensive estimates which, with guidance, proved invaluable to the always difficult insurance claim process.
Mine was NOT a full roof claim. However it was significant enough damage to skylights and gutters from a falling tree branch. Of course, the first claim offer from the insurance company was ridiculous. However, Walker’s assistance through a second and third claim made a final settlement worth a complete replacement to the 25 year old roof (that was already very close to end of life). The process took time and patience of which Walker diligently maintained throughout.
Once money matters were done, project scheduling became problematic due to weather. However, a couple of +50° days became available and the project was turned over to the roofing crew. They showed up at 6:15am and finished in 12 hours. After cleanup, except for a beautiful new roof, we couldn’t tell they were there.
Through project acceptance and payment, Walker maintained oversight of each step. Every person we dealt with at Roof Depot was courteous, professional and competent.

“Due some nasty health issues I was dealing with at the time, I'm only now getting a chance to write this review. A little over a year ago, we had some roof damage from a storm. Our roof was quite old and the damage caused the roof to leak. We gave Atlanta Roofing a call and they had the roof tarped the same day. A couple days later our roof was fully installed in just one day, along with a great warranty! They were easy to work with and our insurance company worked well with them as well. The roof is holding up great and we couldn't be more satisfied. Definite recommend!“

“We used them to install roof at our old house in Tucker about 5-6 years ago before we moved to our current house. The new house that we got the job done by DogWood Roofing. Happy with their service.“

“We would recommend 1st National Roofing to anyone who needs to replace their roof. January 2026, we had an ice storm that had water running down an inside wall and in our screened back porch. Dillion, who works with 1st National, came out for a free inspection. The recent inside leak was due to an ice dam but he also showed us severe damage to a good portion of the roof from a major hail storm that happen back in June 2025. Dillon knew we had a closing window (one year from date of storm) to put in a claim to see if our insurance company would cover the cost of repairs. We were denied the claim. 1st National said not to worry and asked if they had our permission to resubmit it. 1st National informed them why they felt the complete roof needed replacement along with their pictures. A different inspector, for our insurance company, came out, with Dillon being here. On April 15, we received approval for a complete replacement. May 13 was the install date. The amazing part to us (and our neighbors) was that it was done in a day! They were here at 6 am and gone by 6:30 pm! Taking off the old roof looked like a war zone of debris and when we walked out at the end, everything was cleaned up! The other part we appreciated was the updates and pictures of the progress from the project manager. Here is a sample of a few we received…

1.Decking checked and prepped to ensure we have a solid foundation to install the new roofing system. So far all the decking has been in good condition! No evidence of rot or damage!

2.Drip edge installed around the perimeter of your home. This was not previously existing but is a building code requirement that we will be invoicing your insurance company for. Now all your fascia is protected from water runoff from the roof! Ice & Water Shield in Valleys Ice & Water Shield installed in the valleys, roof-to-wall areas and around pipe boots. This was not on your home before but is now a building code requirement. Now all these more vulnerable areas will be protected! A new synthetic underlayment installed on the entire roof. We upgraded this from the old felt paper you had before. This product is water-proofed as opposed to just water-resistant. This will make sure the roof always stays leak free!

3. That’s a wrap! Another beautiful job by 1st National Roofing. Thank you for trusting us with your home! ?
