“Our roof had an area with several issues last October and Luis came out and promptly diagnosed the issues. He was very professional and informative, explaining each area of concern and taking pictures along the way.When it came time for repairs, I thought Modern Roofing & Restoration's pricing was extremely reasonable, especially for the quality of work that was done.Recently, with the larger storms, we had a small leak pop back up. Luis came out immediately to see what was going on. He performed a water test, free of charge (since we already had work done near the area), to find the issue. We spent over an hour watering the area to the find the leak. Long story short, a few older shingles a couple feet from the roof valley needed some caulking! Luis only charged us for caulk repairs and I could not be more satisfied with his service. “Martinez Custom paint recently painted the walls and trim of interior of the lower floor in our house and did a fantastic job at a great price. They are meticulous in their work. This company was highly recommended by friends who used them to paint their house. “Heavenly Home Pros installed a new roof for me two years ago. I have been happy with the new roof installation and service I received, so much so that when the storm that hit a few days ago caused a tree limb to puncture a hole in my roof and through the soffit below it, I called them for help. Wes responded within a few hours of my service call, and he came over the same day to inspect the damage. The next day he quoted a very reasonable price, IMO, and his team showed up the following morning to complete the repairs as scheduled. I'm satisfied with the result and happy that I won't have to worry that the rain predicted to occur over the next few days will cause even worse damage!“
