“Kobe had not been groomed for a year because he always screeches when he knows the clippers are out, even without touch. It shot my anxiety thru the roof because I was afraid of hurting him, although I know I hadn't touched yet. So you can imagine the matte and kinks in his fur. It was beyond time. JD came in and EFFORTLESSLY executed Kobe's cut! Very professional and was not intimidated by Kobe one bit, I mean completely handled him! Of course, I'm still getting anxiety on the sideline from the yelps. (I think we drew a mutual conclusion that my anxiety overpowered the grooming attempt each time ?) He had Kobe fully groomed in less than 30 mins, I couldn't believe it. Here I was thinking that he'd have to be sedated but I hated the idea. Nevertheless, I've found my go to groomer for life. I would recommend him to any dog owner. He is definitely the BEST at what he does! Keep saving the day for people like me JD!!!“
