I believe in this. DDPY is the best way to get your body in shape and healthy. I seen DDP years ago talking about the program he was doing for other athletes. It was amazing to see the changes that were happening. Today it's still the best thing to do. God Bless Dallas Page for just being himself.

I ama person who has taken things to heart and been beaten up more by myself then others. I have read the unstoppable and have completed almost all the list. Now, I am taking My life at 90% and going to bring JOY back to my life. I am 46 and I am starting with DDPY Rebuild and the app and I have done one every two to three days due to my work schedule but, I am working it in. I am going to visit Smyrna first chance I get. BANG
