The studio offers a supportive atmosphere where students of all body types feel at ease. Instructors provide great customer service and are informative, instructive, and professional. They also offer private in-home sessions, helping clients reset and enjoy a positive experience.

I highly recommend this studio for any level yoga practitioner! It has a very friendly and welcoming energy, and the yoga studio has a large amount of space and light. I took a Sunday stretching and sound healing class led by Miriam as my first class. She was very knowledgeable and made it a restorative, healing experience! :)

Been coming to this studio a little over a year & I truly don’t have enough space to write all the things I LOVE about it. You won’t find the variety of classes & quality of teachers anywhere else, and for such an affordable price! The yoga classes are incredible, but don’t let the name fool you because they are so much more than yoga. My favorite classes are Pilates & barre, but I like to get my cardio in with their spin classes too.

I love the instructor Carolina Saturday class is the BEST we need to keep these Saturdays and I would love more during the week I had a blast I feel energized and ready for the day can’t wait to come back
