We lost our A/C Friday and I called early today(Monday). Helton was able to give me an approximate time of 12:00pm. Wow! Same day during a 100+F heatwave, totally not expected. Their day went late, but Andrew did not give up and came out after 6pm to look at the job. He took pictures of everything that went wrong and said he had all of the parts on his truck. Just over an hour later our A/C is working and he even made sure to get our cats out of the crawl space before he left. We could not ask for better service, or a better technician. We appreciate that he worked late and took time away from his family to take care of us. Thanks!
