They were extremely helpful and got me in in a pinch! Cori was sharp and knew his stuff. I got the membership plan so now I don’t ever have to worry about my AC going out.
Techs Paul and Cody were Friendly, knowledge and Paul Took pictures and videos of the issues, discussed in detail options. Answered all my questions. He had Cody come out to discuss further options as related to repair or replace.
I got home from work and it was 3 million degrees in my apartment🤣 I called and spoke with a sweet lady and she had Mr Jim out within an hour and he got me with some air🥰I can always count on Premier when I need them!!!!
