I had a great experience with Kyle at Helton Electric. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, troubleshooting my HVAC issue over the phone and walking me through the steps to get it resolved. He was professional, patient, and able to diagnose the problem without even having to come out. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend Kyle and Helton Electric for their excellent customer service!

I have been a customer with Helton for years just getting preventive maintenance services. But I had a breakdown at one of my rental properties inThomson Georgia. and the next morning, I called them and they sent a great technician out Andrew. He really was very thorough and professional. If I could, I would have him come out every time I had a preventative maintenance. Thank you guys for the great service.
