Approaching 70 years old I found myself unbalanced and had fallen a couple of times at home. With just a few weeks of physical therapy at Benchmark in Rock Springs, Georgia, I had already been told which muscles had stopped working for me in my left hip, and had worked just two days a week with exercises focusing on rehabilitating those muscles. The results have been amazing. I have regained my balance and strength to go up and down the stairs in my home. I recommend this facility very highly. The staff is friendly and professional, with sincere attention to each patient's needs.
