Matt and Stephanie did a great job helping me recover from my recent shoulder surgery over the last several months. The ask questions and figure out exactly what works best for you to get your range of motion and strength back in a fun and friendly environment. Also in the past my upper back has been stiff for years, I’ve seen a few chiropractors about it and nothing seemed to help it much, apparently the physical therapy for my shoulder loosened my upper section of my back up as well, which is relief I’ve needed for years. I would recommend this place to anyone needing therapy, they are amazing!!
