Everything! Professional staff from the reception area, to the interior staff to the doctor. I had exceptional results from my first visit. I was anxious to say the least about my eyesight. One visit with Dr. Harris and I felt 100% relaxed and confident that I was going to be fine. He actually takes time answering your questions and does not chive you the same acknowledgment for everything. He handles each concern individually. I moved my records to his office after my second visit. He is now my official Eye Care Specialist. His degrees are from Ivy League schools and his patient concern is beyond Ivy League. It is Ivy League plus five stars.
Dr. Harris is great. The staff get a 1 starI have tried to schedule a appointment for the last week, only to be put on hold for 30 minutes or more. Sorry Dr. Harris I will take my business somewhere else.
Dr. Eddie Harris and his staff have been excellent in service for my wife. Each visit surpasses the previous. If you want excellent eye care this is the place to go. Very knowledgeable staff quick to answer questions or assist you on how to obtain further information. Dr. Harris is the best I've seen in Metro Atlanta.
