“This place didn’t look all that from outside until I walked inside, the staff were very friendly, nice, amazing and professional. Then I waited in the room very short time, they checked me and asked me some medical related questions, the lady was very nice and very professional that took me to another level to have build confidence to say ok I’m in a right place, then I waited very short time, that is when CARRIE GOSLIN P.A (I call her my doctor now, because she has lots of experience power of healing & of course very very professional)
Carrie walked in to the room with big hopeful smile, I needed that since I was in pain, I was showered with kindness, love & care, and she told my last MRI Wasn’t good enough, so she send me to a very good place to get another MRI, and I did. I went back to NexGen and I saw Carrie P.A again, she kindly and in a very professional way explained that she believed and also she would recommend me to see a Dr to look at my MRI for further confirmation about my surgery, she was very confidence that I need a surgery, and the Dr told me exact same thing but Carrie explained it in much better understandable terms and with family like feelings that took me to another level to love that clinic and made me write this review, because it really matters to me to feel loved & cared for. Again I would highly recommend NexGen. Honestly Carrie Goslin P.A she earned Dr’s degree from me, for her knowledge & professionalism if that makes sense to you, I can’t say enough about her, I believe she is working on every Thursday, I would highly recommend her. If you are in pain & need honest opinion about what should you do next. I’m forever thankful to the great staff especially Carrie Goslin P.A what an amazing spirit & power of healing that she has. All of the staff from the front desk at check in, the going lady that did my vitals, the doctor and the lady that drew my blood provides awesome customer service tho they were busy.
