“This review is for Colin Gurley with Chattanooga Pella. He came to our home for an inspection of a window project we had ongoing. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He drove 90 minutes to come to our home. As it turned out he was not able to fix the problem we have because we made the mistake of going to Lowe's for a window purchase rather than using Pella directly. We should have bypassed the big box store for our window/door needs. We put our trust in the wrong company, we should have called Colin Gurley first.
