I highly recommend Window Works if you are in the market for windows. I have used them twice and each time had an A+ experience. Steve was great to work with during the sales process and the installation crew was quick and professional. There was no mess left behind and the guys took care to cover and protect my house.
Excellent company to work with! Steve, our sales rep was knowledgeable and very helpful as we discussed what I wanted and how it should look. I had 2 upper windows added to my home to brighten up the space. The installers were professional, fast and did an excellent job. The results were amazing and I am so pleased! Thanks Window Works!!
I purchased a 1926 house on Lookout Mountain GA with painted-shut windows. Window Works replaced 19 double-hung single pane and two large fixed sash windows the week after Christmas 2025. The Starmark windows look beautiful both inside and out and operate effortlessly. The installation was as good as it gets. The installers found one opening with significant rot, due to a roofing/flashing issue right above the window header. Not only did they treat the rot, adding new king and jack studs to the opening, but also fixed the cause of the problem up on the roof! I mean, who does that?
