“My daughter received the Fine Focus Facial today at Crystal Rivers Massage & Spa, and it was a wonderful experience. Her aesthetician, Laynette, was professional, welcoming, and made her feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. The facial was incredibly relaxing, and the service exceeded our expectations.
The facility has a very calming atmosphere. We were impressed with the overall experience from start to finish. My daughter enjoyed her visit so much that she scheduled her next appointment before leaving. We highly recommend Crystal Rivers Massage & Spa and look forward to returning!“

“I will start by saying the massage my friend and I received this past Monday was very good. However, it was all ruined by the front end staff.
1st calling me by the wrong name several times, and having me sign the wrong contract.I was from out of town using my membership and then using a saved up visit listed on my account for my friend. The one receptionist was very rude saying she could not get ahold of “my” Hand and Stone to transfer the credit, which she can clearly see on her computer screen that I have.
She then insisted I pay the full price for my friend, not my membership price. Now my friend is uncomfortable at the unprofessionalism of the front end person. Now the manager was called. She stood behind her employee, not me the client. At all.
You have now lost a potential client for membership. We both felt we lost the relaxed feeling we just had moments ago, by the employees rude behavior, rolling eyes, accusing me of not paying through the terminal…..I could go on.
Because of this I may cancel my membership after over 6 years of being a loyal Client. The Powder Springs owner or Corporate customer service needs to step up and in.
