First time at the Dallas/ Lost Mtn location and it was AHHHamzing! I’ve never been let down coming to a LaVida. I had a prenatal massage and Lucretia worked her magic massaging and stretching legs and hips to ease pregnancy pains. Relieved my back and neck pain from the shifting weight. Few days later I am feeling renewed! Highly recommend her.

Lacretia is amazing. I am an avid massage enthusiast and used to get them twice a week for 90 minute before moving to the east coast. You can say I’m very judge mental about a good massage because I have had so many but she exceeded my expectations.

Kat was awesome. She done a deep tissue massage. She worked on the parts I needed and was very successful in working out the kinks in my legs. I was so impressed, I booked another appointment before I left.
