“I really appreciate Dr. Soafer and her style of care. She was very straight forward with everything throughout the visit. It's the first vet I've ever visited that seemed to genuinely care for my animal. She made sure I was comfortable with the cost before proceeding with anything as well as offered various options. She was very honest with me, and I can't thank her enough for not being greedy like a lot of others in her field would've been with my pets condition. She never once tried to push me into expensive treatments or further testing, she simply let me know things were beyond any amount of money for treatments & surgeries, and advised me that it was time to make that hard decision to save my pet from a slow gruesome end and having to helplessly witness it and she didn't push me to do it there. I ended up going home & scheduling an in home euthanasia. If it wasn't for her I don't think I would've realized how bad the situation actually was, and she was right, if I would've waited another day things would've been very traumatizing. Things didn't end well for us, but because of such a wonderful Dr. we were guided in the best direction, in an affordable manner, where everyone was as comfortable as possible. She truly saved my life and the end of my long time friends'.“
