Dr. Scott and his assistant Brittany were both a pleasure to work with. They were pleasant and answered all of my many questions as a new customer. They also made my dog feel comfortable during the examination and were kind to her. This is the kind of service I was looking for in a new vet having recently moved to Gainesville.This is an update (1.17.23) on my previous review. My last two encounters at Gainesville Veterinary Hospital have been with Dr. Brothers and her assistant Amelia. Both of them are a joy to work with. I absolutely love this place. They are understanding and are more compassionate than any other bit I have ever dealt with. Answer any questions at any time, and never makes you feel like a fool because you care passionately about your pet. They understand that they are more than just family.

Dr. Brothera was very knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful with the care of Kloe. She was also firm on the treatment plan so that we could all see a positive outcome concerning my pet's health and, I really respect and appreciate her caring enough to be honest with me. All of the staff there were helpful and very caring towards Kloe and I.
