I get the GEL-X nails put on and they are always perfect. The tech that does them is extremely conscientious about her work.-I think her name is Carrie-Lynn (sorry, not quite sure of the pronunciation)-but she is amazing. I totally recommend her. -And the pedicure is one of the best that I have ever had. The massage is unbelievable, I do not know his name, but he is a mature gentleman. “My daughter and I visited this salon for the first time. I had the Rose Pedicure (premium service) and my daughter had a gel manicure done. We were greeted in a friendly manner, our appointment time was honored and we were seated together despite having different services. Our experience was very pleasant. Fast forward to me coming home. I had my pedicure done and finished at 1:30 ish that afternoon and I waited until after 9pm to put on socks and closed toe shoes to go on a short leisurely walk with my dogs and daughter. When I came back and took my shoes off 7 out of 10 nails were awfully smudged. I’ve never had anything like this happened, especially after waiting such a long time. I suspected that the coats were too thick and not enough wait to time between coats. I went back the following day to explain what happened and was greeted with smiles and understanding. I was very quickly led to a seat and my nails were stripped of polish and redone. Life happens and mistakes happen but I find it telling on what happens after the mistakes and how they are handled. Thank you Couture nails for listening to my concerns and addressing them in a professional manner. I will definitely be back in a few weeks when I’m due for another pedicure!”
