I 10/10 recommend Heather for your hair services. I got a highlight from her today and she nailed it! I’m a blonde with a very specific shade / color and she listened to me and got me the exact color I wanted! I will absolutely be back for my next appointment! She was also so sweet and provided excellent customer service!
