I always have the best experience here. The customer service is always amazing. I’ve been to other nail salons and nothing compares to this one. The extra massage is my favorite part. This was the best experience I have ever had at a nail spa. The employees were kind and thorough. They took the time to make sure we were happy and they did everything in their power to make sure we were relaxed. My husband and I have been going here for years. Went today, they started my pedicure. My husband waited 45 minutes for someone to do his pedicure. There were employees hanging out in the back, but no one came to do his pedicure. After an hour he gave up and went to the car. The guy who did my pedicure cut my toenail so short that he cut my skin. There’s also gel polish on every single one of my toes and the paint on my nails is poorly done. I now have to go somewhere else to have the gel polish taken off and redone. Very disappointing after so many years of good service.
