Called on Christmas eve attempting to fix heat since it was below freezing. Was assured he would be by later that day so the search was called off due to top Tier’s confirmation. Turned out to be a no show but due to the time I was unable to get anyone else out to fix the problem that day and Christmas was wrung in with space heaters and cold. I would not recommend this company as the operator is unprofessional and unreliable.

If you want to make your issues worse these are the guys. Original issue was a slow leak that more than likely was just inside WE HAD WORKING AC . So we called for a leak check and Thomas who also goes by Rusty came out and told us there’s one leak outside and one in the attic and he could fix it. So we decided to work on the ONE leak outside first. This type of job usually takes around 2-4 hours to fix. Thomas arrived around 9 am Saturday morning to start working and at 10 pm he still wasn’t done and we’re now WITHOUT the working AC we originally had. He comes out Sunday 10 am to finish and at 10 pm he brings me outside and says I fixed the original leak but now...read full review
