“We go out of our way to visit this Petco location for grooming, even though there’s one much closer to our home—and that’s entirely because of Stephanie. She has been absolutely amazing with our mini Goldendoodle, always patient, gentle, and attentive to detail.

We originally came to her through a recommendation from a friend, whose Maltese she has been grooming for years, and it’s easy to see why she’s so highly trusted. She consistently does a fantastic job and clearly cares about the pets she works with.“

The problem I had today Thursday at 12 noon… was the attitude of the male receptionist. I called in to let them know we were going out the country and that my pet sitter was given their contact.
And was trying to find out if I need to put my CC in file. He was obviously not having a good day, he told me he had to go .. seems he was not interested in hearing me out. This actually is the second time he has been so snippy..“

Without letting my baby suffer, He needed somebody else Who had the knowledge to do much more complicated Care between the two hospitals? I was a bit nervous to call with questions, as many vets that I called prior were very rude and cut me off abruptly. I called this vet and had the absolute pleasure of chatting with Tammy. I had a ton of questions, and she heard me out and answered every one. I've been worried about my turtle for a while now, but I couldn't figure out where to go. She eased my mind and I'm so excited to have a vet for my old Ornate Box Turtle!! Thank you so very much for your help, Tammy! =)“
