Maggie took the time to clearly explain everything about Sully’s arthritis and helped us understand what it means for such a young dog. She walked us through the treatment options and next steps with patience and care, answering all of our questions and making sure we felt comfortable and informed before we left.

It’s obvious she truly cares about the animals she works with and the families who love them. We left feeling reassured and thankful that Sully is in such good hands.
