The best locitian in the whole state! Highly recommended if you have locs. She's been doing my locs for 4 years and I always get compliments and questions about who maintains my locs for me. CeCi is the best there is!
I have been a client for almost 1 year and I am extremely happy with the service. The owner is so kind and down to heart. You can tell this is her passion !! One of the few places who detangle and wash your hair before every service !! This is my happy place !!!
Ceci is amazing. She provides an inviting environment. She is professional and accommodating. She did faux locs for me and medium braids for my daughter. She is more amazing with my daughter . My daughter is very tender headed and “Mrs. Ceci was so kind to her” my daughter doesn’t want anyone else doing her hair.
