“Got to experience my first virtual exam this weekend! I was skeptical at first but the technician, I think her name was Lordom, walked me through the process and how everything would go with the doctor being remote and not in the store. While I waited to be seen I was able to talk to DaBrina the optician about what my options were bc I wasn't using any insurance and I wasn't trying to spend a ton on glasses. She told me about the current promotions they were running. Once I was done with my exam she helped me shop for frames that were more in my price range. We talked about my prescription and lens option and what would work best for what I needed. Overall my experience was great the ladies really took their time with me I didn't feel rushed or like I was bothering them even though I asked a MILLION questions the ladies were super patient with me and I'll definitely be back! I've been wearing glasses since I was a child and have been to plenty of optical shops and this was the first time I felt like the staff not only were knowledgeable but actual enjoyed what they were doing and customer service these days goes a long way!! I told my coworker about this place and she's already scheduled an appointment for herself! Thanks ladies for making this new experience an easy one“

“I found Dr. Holcomb after searching for an optometrist that was near me. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made! I went to him for an annual eye exam, and he was very informative, kind, and patient with me! He took the time to teach me all the parts of an eye and compared it to my x-rays. He was very detailed, and he took his time to ensure I understood. His staff was just as kind and informative as well. Overall, this was a great experience, and I will definitely be back!“

“I have been looking for an eye care professional/OD for 3 1/2 years. Me and my family were spoiled by an awesome eye doctor in Conyes, Ga for over 35 years. He was simply AWESOME and retired from practice several years ago. Since then, I have tried a couple other eye doctors which were actually rated well. Unfortunately, I didn't have those same experiences from those practices. I definitely didnt feel like a valued patient However, until
yesterday, I met Dr Hester. She reminded me so much of my long time eye doctor, I couldn't believe it. “Never had any trouble with my eyes but started to have some problems that I wanted to get checked. I was able to get a next day appointment and once I was there, everyone from staff to doctor was beyond kind, patient and personable. Dr Miller had a great conversation with me and never once got into a hurry. I ended up needing glasses and they had an awesome selection to choose from. It was an entire wall of all quality glasses including new tech like RX Meta. I would highly recommend this group“
