4.5 stars. Great choices in trendy and current fashions in eyeglass frames; new frames arrive almost monthly. Also have a nice selection of fun children’s frames. Store was bright, clean and spacious. Frames are arranged by shape (round, cat eye, rectangular, luxury, sunglasses, etc) and most are under $200! Staff I interacted with were professional yet personable.Minus 1/2 star as Visionworks (not the shop management) doesn’t seem to train staff to offer to help people pick out frames according to what might be the most flattering style for them like most optical stores do; this is more of a pick-it-yourself store although some employees will offer a yay/nay opinion...read full review

The whole experience was stress-free and very smooth. Joel was so friendly and honest about costs and finding the best deal for me whether it was through insurance or not. Plus, the eye exam itself was very quick and painless - it was cool that the doctor was virtual (I think this is brilliant to reduce wait times). From the doc’s recommendation, I was finally able to find a pair of contacts that don’t irritate my eyes! It was definitely not a cheap experience, but I felt I was getting the best deals and support throughout it. Definitely recommend checking them out!
