During your first appointment, she takes the time to ask you about your hair goals and concerns. As she washes your hair, she asks you about your routine so that she can determine how to best help remedy any hair issues and reach the goals you have for your hair. As she styles your hair, she tells you which products she’s using and why, based on what the product does. She’s kind and warm with her lessons and assessments, too, never insulting or condescending.

The end result was phenomenal. My hair looked so fabulous, I wanted to go out somewhere to show it off. And I loved knowing that the service was meant to last 10 days!

You leave with a goodie bag filled with info about everything she taught you about your personalized wash day routine, along with other items that will help you with your hair. I also left with the most education and awareness about my hair than I have ever received in my entire life. I’m happy to call her my stylist/ hair educator.

Her talent is unmatched and I have received many different services from her: small trims, large transformational haircuts, new bangs, balayage, several rounds of bleaching to reach platinum blonde, color correcting, highlights, glazing, etc. She's also incredibly fast!
