“I’m new to the area and was looking for a last minute appointment for a cut and color. They were able to accommodate me a few days before the holidays. I was surprised but nervous, because most places were booked up. When I arrived, Tom ( one of the owners) met me outside and welcomed me in. My colorist Sara came out right away and introduced herself. We got started quickly and she was friendly and knowledgeable regarding hair. She gave an awesome shampoo with a little scalp massage and the products they use smell good! I showed her a picture of the color I wanted and got what looked like a great match. “I just had the best facial with Tamara. I haven't had a facial in years before today. My last experience scarred me because I felt like I was being waterboarded. Lol. I'm glad I decided to give it a try again at Charged Up. The space was clean and comfortable too. I have a glow again, right in time for my 40th birthday celebration.
