It's so difficult to find a hairdresser who is talented, kind, caring, and makes you feel like a friend. I found mine, and I never want to lose her!

I've gone to Smita twice, once because I needed my hair fixed and shaped up, (from another "stylist" at another salon who just didn't do a good job) and she did a fantastic job, even to the point of offering me advice about my hair during the consultation, but, like a dummy, I didn't take it, thinking I knew my hair better than Smita who had been a stylist for over 20 years, lol. Well, I came back a couple of weeks later, and went with her suggestion, and now my hair is FABULOUS!!

When I say Smita is not only a talented hair stylist, she's also a kind, caring person, I'm not over stating. She went out of her way at least 4 times to just to make sure I was comfortable and had what was needed.

Name a stylist who offers you a ride home after your very first meeting so you don't have to get another Lyft?????

“I just want to shout out Maddy with the Hair Salon and Rachel, the manager. They were amazing!!

Long story some what short, I had gone to another Ulta Salon about an hour away for a hair cut and full dye… and it ended in a choppy and not even the correct color (it’s like she dyed my hair the same shade I came in with). I wish I had a before and after picture of that for proof. I was honestly so devastated I was never going to shop at another Ulta ever again. However, Rachel the manager helped me out immediately!! She could’ve and 100% had every right to tell me “Hey I’m on my break you’re going to have to wait til after I’m done” however, she helped me, booked me an correction with Maddy. I know so many others who would’ve just shoved me to the side or made me feel guilty for talking to them on their break, but she didn’t.

Now on to the miracle worker, Maddy. She educated me on my hair type, even showed me things I could do at home. While my hair was processing walked me around the store to look and products for my hair! Not to mention the before and after pictures!
