Southland has been wonderful throughout the whole building process! They have lots of in-house plans to choose from and they can change any of the plans to fit your needs. I love that you pick everything ahead of time so when they start building, you don't have to make any decisions and the materials are already ordered and ready to go by the time they are needed. You can make changes during the build if needed since they are a custom builder. Judy was extremely helpful during the pre-build process where you pick you plan, make any plan changes, and work through all the details of the building agreement. My builder, Drew, is excellent! We contracted with Southland to build our new home on Lake Oconee in 2023, and moved in summer of 2024. We LOVE our new home and cannot be more pleased at how everything turned out! Sandie, Judy, Scott, and Wendy, and all the unseen people behind the scenes kept things running smoothly, and addressed issues promptly and to our satisfaction. Our experience with Southland has been stellar, we highly recommend them for new home design and construction.

Working with this company was and is amazing! They are very personable and do their best to make this process as simple/quick as possible. Judy has been amazing. I will be recommending all family/friends that want to build their dream home, work with Southland Custom Homes!
