3. FAILED IECC International Energy Conservation Code
4. FAILED to meet the NWFA Hardwood flooring standards
5. DECLINED to repair after our lawyer gave him the chance unless we pay again

INCOMPETENT, Dishonest,Unprofessional and lack of integrity in the field of construction. Jon Bullington of SIERRA CUSTOM Macon Georgia got us a LIEN AND FAILED all kinds of inspection codes in our house and draw all the money in our bank before he could finish the house. He violated all kinds of codes INCLUDING STRUCTURAL ISSUES. He makes himself look Good on social media but beware of his dishonesty.

Contacted this builder to find out more about the company and get a cost to build quote. He was very friendly on the phone and knowledgeable. Ultimately I didn't feel totally comfortable. I wish I had felt more like he valued me as a potential customer.
