“Southland has been wonderful throughout the whole building process! They have lots of in-house plans to choose from and they can change any of the plans to fit your needs. I love that you pick everything ahead of time so when they start building, you don't have to make any decisions and the materials are already ordered and ready to go by the time they are needed. You can make changes during the build if needed since they are a custom builder. Judy was extremely helpful during the pre-build process where you pick you plan, make any plan changes, and work through all the details of the building agreement. My builder, Drew, is excellent! He checks the build at least once a week and calls me every Friday to go over what was done that week and what he has planned for the next week. They have gotten something done every week since we broke ground in November, and now we are just weeks away from a completed home! The scheduling of sub contractors and material deliveries was precise and efficient. They use high quality materials and have subs contractors that do high quality work. If you want an easy building experience, I highly recommend Southland. I've read so many horror stories from others who had to wait weeks for sub contractors, had to deal with sub contractors not completing jobs after being paid, or had their builders constantly dodging their calls. Southland has the whole process down to a science and I couldn't be more pleased!“
