“Listen! I brought my daughters in on 7/23. This is my second time for my youngest, yet the first time for eldest. Let me tell you, both of them enjoyed their experience here where they told me to do a survey.

I noticed how my, teen adult, was more vocal, yet she is a woman of few words and as always, my teen baby, is the opposite.

The atmosphere is welcoming, as always, but this time, I noticed a couple of things. I had to come early. As I was there, the team, from the front to the back, knows their patients by name and team work throughout!

You can tell the staff love what they do, who they work for and with.

The second business I.ve witnessed doing this.

They may not know who I am because they called me by another name, which is ok-less confusion. However, I just want you all to make sure that my girls wanted you all to know this review is from them!

“I’m able to use a ramp to get to the door and I’m always greeted with a smile. I get a complete cleaning and exam. Everyone is friendly and professional.“

“Dr. Golden is always professional, never charging for unnecessary services. He is considerate and makes time for patients. Even on off days, he'll show up when needed in an emergency. I only have good things to say about his dental staff. For 11 years, I have been fortunate enough to have him as my dentist.“

“We’ve driven by so so many times before I event thought to see if they accepted our insurance and I only wish I would’ve looked into it sooner! Every single staff member was genuine and accommodating. I *did* have to complete a digital form upon arrival that was a bit time-consuming so this is your notice to ask if there’s a link beforehand to speed up the check-in process (no star deduction necessary because it’s not that serious).

It felt like every person we encountered was even more beautiful in spirit than the last (they’re all amazing). I wasn’t approved for financing the treatment needed but it’s nice to know it’s available. I appreciate the transparency, willingness to help and provide clarity.

“My entire family has been going to Dr. Gerry since he and Dr. Candy first opened their practice many years ago. Even after moving 90 miles away, my husband and I have continued to drive to Rausch Family Dentistry. They are simply the best. Unfortunately, I found out today that they are no longer accepting Blue Cross Dental insurance. I was very disappointed to learn this, and much as I don't want to, will probably have to look for another dentist.“
