Russ is the only inspector I will ever work with. He has performed inspections for me on several homes over the years, and each time he has proven to be thorough, professional, and has saved me from making a mistake. I also hire Russ to perform an inspection on homes I own prior to listing them. It has given me the opportunity to be aware of anything a potential buyer might encounter, and make repairs. I very highly recommend his expertise, I have never been disappointed.
Russ did a very thorough inspection of the home I am looking at buying. He identified and documented all major and minor issues, as well as cited the specific codes/regulations that were in violation. He took pictures of each item and had a comprehensive report for me ready on the same day of inspection.
I went through the whole inspection with him, because I was curious and wanted to learn more. He explained everything he did to me and physically showed me all issues. We even discussed potential fixes for the issues (outside of his scope) and he gave me some personal recommendations.
