I just love Ballards!! We’ve been using them for any rodent prevention since we moved to Kingwood over 11 years ago. We had our new pest control company do their initial service and the noticed a dead rodent upstairs in the attic, I’m not sure if this was a sales tactic or how long this carcass was actually up there but was shown a picture of the body. Greg does a GREAT JOB! He 1st asks if I have any problem areas I’m concerned with. He then does a very thorough inside and out inspection. He then mixes his chemicals and Very Thoroughly & COMPLETELY applies the chemicals inside and outside being very careful and considerate about not causing damage or tracking in dirt! He has eliminated our pest issues AND keeps them from from returning! He’s AMAZING & Ballards is a SUPERIOR PEST CONTROL COMPANY👍
