I still love this place! The dentists, hygienist’s staff etc. are all wonderful. I’m literally typing this after a procured. Somya has amazing bedside manner and me feel completely at ease, Dr. Rakesh has been my dentist for quite a few years and she is amazing. I can’t believe I’m saying this because I used to hate the dentist. I love this place!

“My husband and I love this dentist office! From the front staff to the hygienist and dentist! The front staff brought my paperwork out to me because me leg is broken. She was extremely kind and patient! Very up to date equipment. Hygienist was so sweet! Made sure I was comfortable! Explained the procedure they were recommending as well as all the details of my at home care. Answered all of my questions. The dentist was very gentle, explained everything to me that she recommended as well as why. Within an hour, my pain was mosttly relieved. The tooth was no longer going to be a problem, just a little recovery pain and some uncomfot to follow for a few days. That was one of the things that was explained to me by the hygienist and dentist.
It required a couple of things to be done in order for the pain to stop, and the dentist was able to do everything on-site and right then! Ive been to offices before that would send me to a different location for almost anything other than a cleaning and filling. I have missed a couple of cleanings recently, but they didn't make me feel bad about that at all! Other dentists def have. They did encourage me to come back in for a 6 month exam and cleaning, which I will definitely be doing as soon as I'm completely healed from yesterday's procedure!
I have dental insurance but my out of pocket seemed fair. If you've ever had a toothache, those details are important to know. I have had a few in my life and would spend every dime I have to stop a durn toothache ? but we know that's not ideal!
You wont be disappointed with Coast Dental Lilburn! Can't speak for their other locations but the Lilburn location is really fantastic! Definitely worth checking out if you're looking to change dentist or you have an emergency! You can also book online! Another important thing when dealing with a toothache!
