His name is Shane (from N.Y.), owner of Back to Life Computer Services in Decatur.
I called several repair shops to find out the cost to replace the screen on my HP Desktop.
Shane gave me a cost but then looked up the computer while I was talking to him. He told me there was an identical model online for
1/3 of what it would cost to repair my computer. I was amazed he told me that because I saw it online 1 hour earlier.
I rarely see honesty like that!
