Oh my goodness, if I could leave a 10 star review, I would! I called and spoke to Casandra who talked me off the ledge of panic. My computer suddenly, and unexplainably, decided I no longer had a hard drive installed. This computer has everything on it and it was not backed up. Cassandra showed up and was extremely professional! She fit me in, came very quickly, and had the hard drive out in no time. Through no fault of her own, and after working very diligently, my hard drive apparently suffered a "hard crash" and could not be repaired through any of the normal routes. Cassandra immediately went online and sent me a link for a new one, to be delivered that same day...read full review
