My appointment was on time and everyone was friendly and helpful and let me make my own decisions for my glasses with no pressure of purchasing anything that wasn't covered by the insurance. The optometrist really cares for your eyes and overall well being. This is a new group /team working here now than 5 years ago, this is a great group of people and I love the frames. Give the Kathleen office a call, you will be happy you did.“

“The lovely receptionist at the front desk was so amazing to my daughter and I. I had an appointment that was booked weeks in advance and was contacted to see if I wanted to reschedule. I accepted a later appointment date and filled out online forms and confirmed. When we arrived, my daughter’s appointment couldn’t be found in the system but the receptionist worked quickly to get us scheduled back in. She has the grey individual braids and is fair skinned, and seemingly older than the other staff. I adore her!!! Now the young lady who did my daughter’s initial exam (eye pressure test, retinal imaging, etc.) wasn’t the warmest. She did her job, but that was about it. Maybe it was because it was nearing the end of her shift but I didn’t feel like a valued customer…she was just “there”. No enthusiasm…no nothing. I think that’s important especially working with children because my daughter gets nervous about those initial tests and some encouragement from the actual person performing the tests would have been the decent thing to do. I ended up being the one to get her to relax…so there’s that. Tiffany was great, she explained everything she was doing prior to the doctor video calling and performing his exam. She was warm and friendly with my daughter and made us feel welcomed. The doctor was thorough in explaining the results of my daughter’s exam and let me see images of her eyes. He asked if we had any questions and when my daughter did have one, he thoroughly explained what she was curious about. Even though it was her first virtual exam, it was seamless and very innovative! We loved it! Now Ms. Jasmine!!! Absolutely a pleasure to work with. She helped me make selections for lenses, explained what was included with my insurance benefits, and all the discounts that I was receiving. Very professional, super easy to talk to, she interacted with my daughter and we exchanged laughs. She set timelines and expectations as far as when my daughter’s glasses would be ready for pick-up. I had 100% trust in Jasmine handling my daughter’s order. I was given a paper copy of my receipt, including my selections, and discounts through insurance. She even let me know that they are currently running a special that includes 40% off of a second pair of glasses. So good to know! Thank you to the ladies at America’s Best on Watson Blvd for taking care of my baby! I will be back for my exam and glasses in a few weeks and hope to work with these lovely women, again. (Maybe the initial exam lady will be more upbeat by then?)“

“I summitting a request to help those considering cataract surgery thru this office. Please keep on mind that every case is unique but in general my experience has been great. I noticed there are not many reviews on Dr. Johnson on specific. My procedures took place on the 9th and 24th January 2024. The process take place as a well oil machine with different stations and steps to insure a better outcome. The appointments were timely kept and never had long waits. Unfortunately, there are expenses not covered by insurance and depending of your choices and needs there is out of pocket you can blame elected officials for that . This is well explained prior operations. Dr. Johnson is very efficient on what he does, he looks young but experienced. The operations aren't painful, they are quick, and you be amazed with the results. Please do follow the drops instructions to the point if you want good results. In conclusion, if you need the procedure don't be afraid, be prepare for out-of-pocket expenses and trust Eyesight Associates, Dr. Johnson and the staff.“
