Jlowe did my vision field test and she was so welcoming. She patiently explained some accommodations I needed to make. She made the experience enjoyable. Also the young woman at the receptionist desk is always cheerful and welcoming.
On another note, the automatic appointment reminder message was unusually rapid and difficult for me to catch which number to click.
