The lovely receptionist at the front desk was so amazing to my daughter and I. I had an appointment that was booked weeks in advance and was contacted to see if I wanted to reschedule. I accepted a later appointment date and filled out online forms and confirmed. When we arrived, my daughter’s appointment couldn’t be found in the system but the receptionist worked quickly to get us scheduled back in. She has the grey individual braids and is fair skinned, and seemingly older than the other staff. I adore her!!! The entire crew here was amazing. Friendly and very personable. Jasmine and Kim were very helpful in making sure my girls got the right frames. Overall our experience here has made them my go to for my family's eye care needs.

Great customer service from all individuals, from the time I entered the door. Margaret greeted an assisted me with the paperwork, explained the process and showed me to the waiting area. The technician did their procedures, the doctor received the results, checked my vision via telemedicine & I was sent to make my eyeglass selection. Kim provided excellent insurance information. The entire team provided impeccable service! It was a delight to be among such professional individuals, they definitely earned the name “America’s Best”!
