From the time I arrived, I was acknowledged, even though everyone was busy. My appointment was on time and everyone was friendly and helpful and let me make my own decisions for my glasses with no pressure of purchasing anything that wasn't covered by the insurance. The optometrist really cares for your eyes and overall well being. This is a new group /team working here now than 5 years ago, this is a great group of people and I love the frames. Give the Kathleen office a call, you will be happy you did.
Kathleen Location:The Scheduling and Receptionist Staff have consistently been professional, and exceptionally patient and pleasant. The Dr.'s and their Team are the same. Top Notch in all of the exams and results. I do wish the staff that actually fits and orders your frames would be a little more interested in helping us find what we are looking for.....what we are describing in a frame. But that didn't keep me from scoring you a 5 Star Rating. Thank you!
Make sure you see Emily she is great help. She makes sure you get what you need and the right size for your face too. The whole staff is great too. I love the doctor too! Brooke and Michelle are awesome too. The staff is amazing.
