I’ve been a very happy and satisfied patient at Brown’s Eye Center for two years. It was time for me to get a pair of driving glasses and a pair of reading glasses. My mother recently passed and I wanted to use her frames for my glasses. I met with Emily who walked me through the process of putting my prescription into my mother’s less than perfect frames. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and transparent. She wanted to be certain I understood the process (and the risk using older frames) and that I was completely satisfied. **Clear Vision & Good Vibes**
Really good experience at Brown Eye Center on 96. Professional where it mattered, but friendly enough that the visit never felt like just another appointment.
PROS: Dr. Rajendra was excellent. Her ability to make the exam feel like a natural conversation was refreshing. And a BIG shout-out to Darlene in the optical department! She helped us pick out glasses, handled the insurance process, and kept us laughing along the way. Her humor, patience, and personality made the experience.
CONS: Nothing worth complaining about from this visit.
