I have been using Bear’s Insured Tree Service for close to 10 years. Stan and Angel Ogletree have run this business since 1995. Both Stan and Angel are a pleasure to work with. Angel takes care of the business end, including making appointments. Stan is a certified arborist who comes to your home to discuss any concerns you have about your trees. Stan has been out to check some of my trees at least twice a year since ~ 2015. During all that time I have never been disappointed in the work they have done for me. Their work crew is highly skilled with all equipment they use and has always done a great clean-up job. After Stan comes out to determine what work needs to be done, Angel sends an email with an attached plat showing which trees or bushes need to be pruned or taken out and also the charge for the work. If the customer agrees with the email information and the price, Angel schedules the work with customer input. I have always found the charge for the work to be reasonable. I recommend Bear’s Insured Tree Service without reservation. Mac Long

These guys are absolutely great ! Showed up early and insulated the roof with excellent work , I could tell immediately they are pros, and explained the entire process to me , price was fantastic as well , exactly what the original estimate was . I'll be hiring then again in the near future !
It's my first month using this company for our property. So far, so good. I love how quiet and odorless the equipment is! Crew members are super friendly and willing to take suggestions and requests. Any one who rated Terry less than 10 stars is crazy. This guy is absolutely amazing. I called him, he gave me a fair price, treated my home twice and when I tell you the critters are gone, they are gone! I will always call Mr Terry for my Pest Control. I'm referring him to anyone that asks and I'm actually gonna try to get him a corporate contract. HE DESERVES IT!!!!
Dwight and team were responsive through the entire process, easy to work with and committed to good quality work. We replaced all our windows and had them build two three season porches. One broken window and lock was no match for them as they were right out to replace and fix it. Overall a great experience. The pricing was appropriate for the value we received.

I had called another plumbing company out regarding my water heater, and they said the small leak from a pipe could not be fixed and my only choice was to replace the 80-gallon water heater at $4000. I thought that was a lot for a small leaking pipe when the water heater itself was fine.
A family friend called Neil, sent him pictures, and spoke with Neil over the phone. Although Neil, the owner is away doing a job out of town he made sure I was also taken care of first thing this morning.
Eric and Stephan came out to my home, and I showed them the water heater and they went to work. They had everything completed and made suggestions. The pipe was replaced, I didn't need a new water heater and they completed the entire job for less than $800.
SPS+ is honest, very thorough in their work, tidy in cleaning up any material they use, and friendly. I will know who to call from now on. Highly recommend! A+
