I worked with Jeff, and he explained everything very well. He was a great communicator. Restore Pros had fair pricing for crawlspace sealing and dehumidified installation. They are a LOCAL company, not a national franchise. The work was done well, and I would recommend them to anyone.

We purchased our home about 5 years ago, and the previous owner moved some walls around but didn't address the weight shift, so the floors in the center of the house were lower by almost 2 inches. This is also where the second-floor stairs and landing are in the house. Ross and his team, including Jeff, who is absolutely the best to work with, installed piers under the house (where there were none!) and raised the floors slowly to correct this issue. We had to reroute some duct work (thanks to Stanfield Air) under the house to make it happen. All of this seems complicated and tedious, but Restore Pros were pros at every stage of this process.
