First, the young woman who set up the appointment for us was very helpful, especially since our first appointment had to be rescheduled due to bad weather.Ryan went over what we needed done, then he, and the gentleman with him, got to work. When they were finished, Ryan went over what they had done and explained about other things we had asked about. Both men were polite and professional.

Ryan did an amazing job inspecting and cleaning both my fireplace and dryer vent! He was prompt, and extremely courteous and professional. This is the second time I have used Original Chimney. Their continued dedication to outstanding service will keep me coming back!

We had our flue installed in 2017 with this company and just now had it serviced/cleaned. Ryan and Chad were wonderful! They showed up early and took care of everything. There was great communication throughout the entire process from start to finish!
