I absolutely hate having to go in places when I have ZERO makeup on, the nerves are real. However, today Ulta made the experience peaceful and easy. April at checkout was AMAZING and super helpful!

Jaz in the salon is amazing! I highly recommend her. She will not let you leave, even if that means staying late until you are 100% satisfied. She has a super personality and listens to what you want. If she doesn’t think it’ll work she will give you other possible options to give you the results you want. Ask for Jaz!

I always find what I need here but customer service is definitely lacking. During the holidays there should be more people working out on the floor to answer questions. I needed help with something as well as another 3 customers and nobody was to be found.
